We are grateful to our amazing Peer Pal volunteers who help at our Transitions Group. These volunteers come along side young people who are soon going to be making the transition from primary to secondary school, as well as running the tuck shop at their group where toasties and cheesy nachos are in high demand!
All of them have now earned their first Saltire ‘Approach’ award for 10 hours of volunteering, and several have now completed an additional 25 hours of volunteering.
Before the ‘Beast from the East’ snow hit last week, we were able to present two of our Peer Pals with their Saltire Award certificates.
