OUR SERVICES
OUR SERVICES
Our CashBack 180 service is a referral based service that provides young people with an opportunity to explore the causes and consequences of their choices and behaviours, whilst making positive steps towards fantastic futures, through the delivery of open-access drop-ins for young people aged 11–21, group work programmes and 1:1 support sessions. Those who engage with the service will be equipped with the information they need to make informed choices about their own lives and futures, within a welcoming, person-centred space. We will also work with young people to explore more positive alternatives to engaging with risk taking behaviours, helping them to work towards their own identified goals.
This much valued service is funded by CashBack for Communities and we were delighted to be one of 51 projects funded in Phase 7.
Our supports can take place in schools or at Y2K youth project, depending on the needs of each individual.

Need Someone to Talk To?
Feeling anxious, worried, stressed, or going through a difficult time?
Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face it alone. Having someone you trust to talk to can make a real difference.
Our Y2K+ service provides free, one-to-one support for young people who would benefit from regular sessions with a dedicated youth worker. Whether you’re struggling with something specific or simply need someone to listen, we’re here for you.
If it matters to you, it matters to us.
Our youth workers offer a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space where young people can talk openly. We can provide a listening ear, practical advice, advocacy, and ongoing support to help you navigate life’s challenges.
Support sessions can take place in school, at Y2K, or in another suitable community location, depending on what works best for you.
Y2K+ is funded by BBC Children in Need, making this service free for the young people who access it.
