One of the most exciting developments this year at Y2K has been the new 180 Project.

This is a referral based early support and prevention service for young people identified as being involved in or at risk of becoming involved in offending, anti-social and/or risky behaviours. Local community stakeholders including the police, fire safety officers, local businesses and volunteers have already made great contribution to this work. 180 has engaged a range of people who might otherwise not have though of getting involved with us. Early support and prevention work on youth offending and anti-social behaviour is a huge issue for the community and touches so many lives it is really important that we pull together to create positive solutions and enhance positive futures for all.

We offer weekly programmes in school and at Y2K to young people identified as benefiting from support and encouragement to make positive changes and work towards positive futures.

More to come…
