Midlothian Gardening Services (MGS) is a local gardening social enterprise run by Mayfield & Easthouses Youth 2000 Project (Y2K)
We specialize in offering a professional and affordable garden maintenance service to people in and around Midlothian.
We’ll gladly look after your green space either on a regular basis or as a one off tidy up!
As a social enterprise we are strictly a not for profit organisation. This means all the money generated from our project goes back into developing our services.
Our key aim is to invest in young people and volunteers and support them through a training programme. Also as a community gardening service we have a strong commitment to help older people enjoy and care for their gardens.

- Shape and cut hedges
- Rotate Soil
- Shape and cut lawns
- Carry out weeding
- Strimming
- Garden clear ups
No job is too small.
Monthly Midlothian Garden Care Service:
You can take advantage of our special quick tidy service plan that provides a sixty minute visit each month. Costs can be spread by standing order over 12 months.
We offer a special concessionary rate to:
- Castle Rock Edinvar Housing Tenants
- Melville Housing Tenants
